Andrea Camaiora

CEO & Founder


Andrea Camaiora, journalist, founded The Skill in 2018 after a series of important national and international experiences. Camaiora has lived many lives: political communicator, local administrator, public administration advisor, crisis management and communication expert, a pioneer in Litigation PR following some of the most hotly debated judiciary media coverage in recent years, university professor and a columnist and editorialist for TV, radio and newspapers.. For three years, he led the strategic communication SPIN team, active between Rome and Milan.

Giorgio Lainati

After working at Fininvest Communications for institutional relations, he became a journalist for the Fininvest networks. He was a special correspondent in Brussels for Canale 5 and Rete 4. In 1994, he was appointed as the first head of the Forza Italia press office, a role he held until 2001, when he was elected for the first time in Montecitorio, staying there for the following legislatures, until 2018. Over these years, he also served as the communication manager for the Forza Italia parliamentary group, as vice president of the RAI supervisory committee (presidents Sergio Zavoli and Roberto Fico) and as a communications adviser to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, with a decree signed by the undersecretary Gianni Letta.

Fabrizio De Feo

After his journalistic apprenticeship at the newspaper "Humanity" and working with the Filippo Turati Foundation, he worked for the political and multimedia editorial staff of the Ansa Agency and collaborated with the Local Newspaper Agency of the L’Espresso group. Author of the book “The elections in Europe from 1945 to today”, since June 2001 he has been working as a parliamentary reporter for the daily newspaper Il Giornale for which he is sent in the wake of the Prime Minister and one of the main signatures for politics. Member of the Parliamentary Press Association since 2003, from May 2008 to September 2010 he was spokesperson for the Minister of Community Policies and head of the press office of the same Department.

Lorenzo Munegato

Professional journalist, he began his career in the television channel "Canale Italia", also developing activities in the field of print media with the newspaper "Il Mattino di Padova". He supported the multinational "Johnson & Johnson" in the conference and public relations activities and carried out some collaborative activities for the first citizen journalism site in Italy, "YouReporter.it". He is responsible for institutional political communication for important figures in the European and Italian parliament and the regional council of Veneto and for several years he has been the leading face of the most important television broadcaster in the north east, "Rete Veneta", recounting some hotly topical events : from the crisis of the Venetian banks to the flood of 2010 (as correspondent), from the earthquake in Emilia Romagna to the judicial events of the Franzoni-Cogne case, up to the Mose scandal.

Communicator, he graduated in Law from the LUISS University "Guido Carli" of Rome with a thesis entitled "The debate on the ascertainment of the fact in the trial". He held the position of "Digital media & Event manager" of the SPIN team. He oversaw the organization of some cultural events of national importance such as "LexFest", "Salotto Sarzana" and "The General States of the PA".

Tina Colombo

She is a professional who began her career in the 90s in one of the main European opinion polling companies, Datamedia. She then moves on to dealing with communication in the social field, with particular regard to the equal opportunities sector, first at the municipality of Milan and then to the Lombardy Region. From 2008 to today she has personally followed numerous online information projects of national importance, taking care of the editorial coordination and making daily choices of an editorial nature, which confirm her skills as a refined analyst of the socio-political framework and as a communicator, attentive to the effects that the actions of public decision-makers in particular have on the formation of opinion.

Chiara Odierna

Graduated in Government and Public Communication Sciences at the LUISS "Guido Carli" University, she approached the world of institutional communication and journalism working as a press officer at the "Sant'Anna" Higher School of University Studies and specialization of Pisa, during the rectorate of the former education minister, Maria Chiara Carrozza. Subsequently, after an internship in the editorial office of Milano Finanza (MF - Dow Jones News), she arrives at the Communication and Marketing Department of the "San Raffaele SpA" healthcare group where, in addition to press office and PR activities, she improves further skills such as management of web and social platforms and graphic design.

Characterized by an unbearable Latinist and Geekism passion, he has held managerial positions in university associations. Her professional experience is enriched by working for a theatrical production company and in the entertainment sector.

Silvana Murgia

Ha mosso i primi passi nell’ambito dell’informazione lavorando nelle redazioni di «Radio Dimensione 0» e «Radio Emme100». Ha poi collaborato con testate specializzate come «Orologi» e curando pubblicazioni per organizzazioni quali «WWF». Ha poi sviluppato un’approfondita conoscenza dei sistemi informatici e delle piattaforme web collaborando prima con la società «EngInformatica» e poi spostandosi alla gestione del web-site del Ministero dello Sviluppo Economico. Il servizio delle istituzioni è poi proseguito attraverso esperienze di primo piano in entrambi i rami del Parlamento: presso il Senato della Repubblica per alcuni mesi all’inizio della XVII legislatura e, successivamente, presso la presidenza della commissione Affari esteri della Camera dei deputati, ricoprendo ruoli di primo piano sia in ambito di segreteria particolare del presidente che curando in prima persona la stesura di volumi pubblicati, tra gli altri, da «Mondadori» e «Rubbettino».

He started behind the camera in 2015, learning as a support practitioner at a service company specializing in this field. As a freelance he has carried out numerous activities, attending conferences in the parliamentary political sphere, in the information sector and in associations. Since 2016, he has been collaborating with a small communications company for two years and during this period he makes himself known and appreciated. After a brief experience in the «SPIN» communication team, he is called to the «The Skill» team where he firmly oversees the videomaking sector, also coordinating external professionals.

Roberta Polese

Professional journalist, she graduated in Philosophy at the University of Padua in 2001. She began her career as a journalist in local broadcasters, she worked for Class-Editori Milano for the launch of financial programs for corporate TV on demand for various credit institutions. Today you collaborate with Ansa and with Il Corriere del Veneto, dealing with crime and judicial news. She is co-author of the book "Io non taccio" (Ed Centoautori), winner of the 2015 Paolo Borsellino award, 2016 Mattarella Award, 2016 Siani Award. She collaborated in the foundation and today she is on the scientific committee of the Cidv, Documentation and Investigation Center on organized crime in the Veneto region.

Professional journalist, she has a degree in Political Science, she approaches the world of communication for the first time by collaborating with the Bassano edition of "Il Gazzettino". With the birth of the first web information channels, she personally managed the Vicenza pages of the “Vivacity” and “Kataweb” sites, an offshoot of the Espresso Group. For the printed media, over the years, she collaborates with the "Nordest" insert of "Il Sole 24 ore" and with the local edition "Vicenza-Bassano" of "Il Corriere del Veneto". For over a decade she has been the face of the television broadcaster "Rete Veneta", while on TV she also covers the role of correspondent for the national channel "Supertennis". Sport is one of her passions that she has transformed into a profession over the years, becoming the spokesperson for various sports clubs. Communicating the activities of local administrations has been one of her main occupations for years, having held the role of press office in various municipal realities.

In 2014 she returns to the private sector and since 2019 she supervises the administration and office management of The Skill's Capitoline office, with a strong propensity for problem solving.

Gianfranco Valenti

Author and radio host, he graduated in Public Communication and then obtained two masters, the first in Radio Languages ​​and Marketing and the second in Radio and Television Journalism. In 2011 he co-wrote with Claudio Baglioni, “Things from another world. Between music, web and social networks: stories of a journey beyond frontiers” (preface by Vincenzo Mollica, ed. Rai-Eri). Between 2012 and 2014, he headed the journalistic and digital editorial staff of the online newspaper «Velvet Music». He started a collaboration with the online newspaper Linkiesta for which he signed a long series of excellent interviews with personalities from the world of culture and entertainment (from Paolo a Villaggio to Pippo Baudo). Then, in 2015, he arrived to viale Mazzini, first as a consultant for digital channels (Rai Radio Live and Rai Radio Tutta Italiana) and then as author and presenter for Rai Radio 2 (the show “Che spettacolo” alongside Silvia Salemi). In 2020 he created a docuformat project for DiRE Agency for the enhancement of the new Italian music scene. He is a professor of radio infotainment techniques at the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan as part of the "Making Radio" master directed by prof. Giorgio Simonelli and radio and television journalism teacher at the «Eidos Communication» master course.

Freelance journalist, graduated in Political Science and International Relations at Luiss Guido Carli with Double Degree at China Foreign Affairs University in Beijing. She worked at the Italian-Indian Chamber of Commerce in Calcutta, the Representation of the European Commission in Rome and the headquarters of the EU-State relations of the Veneto Region in Brussels. She has experiences in Brazil, India, China, and she speaks English, Portuguese and Spanish.
